Please note that prior to a refund or exchange, Customer Service will ensure that the stated conditions are met:

  1. Only one return shipment is allowed per order. Please check your entire order before sending us a return with the invoice or proof of purchase. The cost of returning the product in question is the responsibility of the customer.
  2. If the product is damaged after receipt of your package, you have seven (7) days from reception of the package, to report it to customer service and following the return approval you can proceed to an exchange or refund.
  3. If the product is not damaged and is consumed at less than 85%, you have a delay of thirty (30) days after reception of the package, to report it to customer service for an exchange or refund with an authorization number. If thirty (30) days have passed since the reception of your package, please note that we no longer accept returns.
